1. Ability to disable early payments was added (Menu Options - Preferences - Income tab - "Allow early payments" check box).

2. Upon each backup and program exit, when starting up the application again, user/serial number information is being requested again - bug fixed

3. Users passwords were empty after each backup - bug fixed
