1. Money format in reports is taken now from the Regional Settings in the Windows Control Panel (So, in US Windows it will be 1,000,000.00 and in European Windows it will be 1 000 000,00).
2. NSF button was added to mark NSF payments and charge NSF Fee.

1. Error in `Expenses by Categories` report was fixed. Ability of run report for selected Units was added. 2. Error of showing Buildings and Units with empty Name was fixed.
This is the first step to updating the site. We plan to create the site more interactive and user friendly! I think you will appreciate the excellent work of our designer.
